Kooltech opening hours are            Monday - Friday 8.30 a.m. - 5.00 p.m.

                                                  Saturday 9.00 a.m. - 12.00 noon

Standard Call Out Charge                £50.00

Emergency Deliveries                     £POA

Procedure

1.  Dial the required Kooltech emergency number as listed below.

2.  Give your full name, company name and address and your telephone number.

3.  You will either be informed at the time or telephoned back to confirm:

    a) We are responding to your request.

    b) The details of the requirements.

    c) The time the goods will be available for collection.

    d) The Kooltech branch where the goods can be collected.

         If delivery to site is required, this should be agreed at this time.

    e) Charges will apply.

4.  If there is no response to your initial call within 30 minutes, please redial the Emergency

    Call-Out number.
