Delivery Service

We do not deliver to outside of the UK mainland with some restrictions also to Northern Ireland. Please contact 0345 034 4179 to confirm before making any purchases. 

Next day delivery:

Orders placed before 4pm will be delivered next day throughout the UK between the hours of 0800 – 1600 hrs. *

Premium deliveries:

Pre 10.30am: A surcharge of £25 will apply to all orders. Orders placed before 4pm will be delivered next day before 10.30 hrs. *

Same Day Deliveries: Orders taken to be delivered on the same day will incur a charge which will be “Price on Application”. *

Timed Deliveries (within working hours): Specific timed deliveries will incur a standard surcharge of £50. These are deliveries which need to arrive at a set time. This refers to timed deliveries between 0800 – 1700 hrs. *

Timed Deliveries (out of hours): Specific timed deliveries (out of hours) will incur a surcharge which will be “Price on Application”. These are deliveries which need to arrive at a set time outside the hours of 0800 – 1700 hrs. *

Delivery Restrictions

Outlying Postcodes: BT, CF, EX, GY, HS, IV, KW, LD, NP, NR, PA20-80, PH19-44, PL, SA, TA, TQ, TR, ZE.  

Some outlying postcodes will incur additional charges or restricted services for boxed items and the delivery of ugly freight.

Ugly Freight: Refrigerant Gases and Product over 1.6m meters in length eg. Hard drawn copper, channel, cable baskets/trays, threaded rod, trunking, overflow pipes. A Kooltech staff member will contact to discuss options outlying postcodes.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to the size, availability and/or weight of some products, delivery charges and lead times are subject to change dependent on products ordered. A representative will contact you to confirm your order and will notify you if there are any discrepancies with availability or delivery charges.

  2. Give your full name, company name and address and your telephone number.
  3. You will either be informed at the time or telephoned back to confirm:

    A. We are responding to your request
    B. The details of the requirements
    C. The time the goods will be available for collection
    D. The Kooltech branch where the goods can be collected
    E. If delivery to site is required, this should be agreed at this time
    F. Charges will apply

FGAS requirements

FGAS regulated products

As a company who adheres to the FGAS regulations set by the Environment Agency, you will be required to supply us with the appropriate FGAS Registration number should you wish to purchase any of the products on this site which are clearly flagged with an FGAS required sash. Failure to supply us with the relevant number will mean we cannot supply you with the product and the order will not be shipped. Kooltech will vet all orders with such products and will notify you if there are any discrepancies. For more details on FGAS and your responsibility, visit the REFCOM website.

Returns / Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled without our written consent. Returns for credit are subject to prior arrangement and a restocking charge of 15% of the invoiced value of the goods shall be applied and shall be paid by the Buyer. Special orders (non-list items) cannot be cancelled, neither can such goods be returned under any circumstances.

Goods returned where ordered incorrectly

Where goods have been incorrectly ordered by the customer it is not Kooltech’s policy to take product back. Only after discussion with relevant Senior Manager and after determining that the product could be sold on will Kooltech take back the item. However a 25% re-stocking charge WILL apply.

Special Orders

Where non standard / non coded product is ordered by a client which is not the required, Kooltech will NOT accept its return or raise a credit against it.
